It is funny how addicted I've become to cayenne. Post Master-Cleanse I put it on everything!! I love it on salads, in soups, fish, chicken, everything... except fruit. That doesn't appeal to me. Just start out slow and keep adding more. It's really great stuff. (Learn to love what loves you)
