Salt cure is just a term I created to say that person is eating 100% natural salt.

If you replace all refined salt in your diet with unrefined salt, you are doing "Salt Cure".

It is long time since I ate refined salt.

Refined salt is toxic, because of its processing and it's ingredients.

Most people feel better without Refined salt.
