Hi! I am with you! I also am going solo with all the info on the web. I wish Agnes, Lillian or Bob could come and stay for a week!
Just to make me feel more confident that I am doing the right thing.
I too was on antidepresants for a couple of years, my doctor had me convinced with the "chemical imbalance theory", then one day it dawned on me that it wasn't ME who should be on them but my ex who caused all the crap in my life. So, slowly I sorted my self out and saw a counsellor regularly till I pieced my confidence back together (after it had been thrown on the floor and trampled to death!) I weaned off the drugs and found it hard at first because they give you a false hope, but I have never looked back! Good on you for giving a new life a go, and I wish you all the happiness for the future!
