Great results !

I did cleanse last weekend.
The message I posted to Liver Flush Forum :

=========================

25th flush update:

It is late night now.

Have been several times more visiting toilet.

NOT a single stone! Not even a grain of sand! Nothing. Only water and few small particles of undigested food (apple pits, apple rind, and other hard to digest rests ...).

I think my liver is clean.

In Januarry, on my 23rd flush, I got few stones out.
I thought my liver is clean.

20 days ago, on my 24th flush I got 20-30 stones. Read my message entitled:
"My xx Liver Flush experience - "breaking the rules"""

So, I will wait several months for my next flush.

If I counted well, this was my 25th flush.

My first flush was 5 years ago, 1997.

Since 1997, I have had more then 7 flushes with no stones.
First 5 - 8 flushes made the biggest difference.

This is the first one that I didn't get even sand. I can't believe.
Usually, on my previous flushes, I would get few grains of sand, floating on top of the water.

This time nothing. Nothing inside colander, nothing floating on water.

5 years later, my health is still improving, but changes now are slow, and are not as easy to feel as it was 5 years ago.
I feel I am almost "perfecly" healthy.
I don't like to use word "perfecly", because I know that it can always be better.

In the last 5 years I beated food intolerance, candidiasis & occasional tiredness.

For candidiasis, probiotics (Udo's Super 5) and grapefruit kernel extract (Citrosept - Cintamani) have been important help to cleansing and diet.

I am improving my diet for the last 15 years. I started to change my diet when I was 12.

Best of health
Agnes
