As described on this site. Epsom Salts and later olive juice.

And guess what? I passed gook as well. Approx 125 green and tan balls. I know this wasn't from the olive oil as I have done Liver Flushes before that included olive oil, garlic, and citrus.

2 hrs After I took my last dose of epsom this am I drank a glass of Rejuvalax (sp?) to try and colinize my gut with good bacteria. Few cups of yogurt later in the day too.

Feel good. Might do it again in a few weekends and see if there is any change.

I think the fact that I eat a lot of olive oil and take Udo's daily probably keeps me clean - yet I passed 125!

I'm a believer!
