I'm preparing for a cleanse. I started with 2 tsps. ES and I feel numb in my tongue and legs, also lethargic. My health care provider suggested if I had a problem with ES to use apple juice but it doesn't open my colon and ducts. Is there anything anyone can suggest beside enemas? Would a laxative such as Senekot help??
