I finally gave up milk 2 months ago. Basically have gotten off dairy - but not 100% as I enjoy the occasional italian dinner or cheeseburger! 99% improvement in so called 'allergies'. I got more benefit to my stuffy nose than i did from 3 sinus surgeries.
