I am a first timer, and in no way a seasoned faster, but this happened to me on my first day. I used 2 level teaspoons of salt. On days 2-4 I have used 2 SLIGHTLY heaping teaspoons of Sea Salt with warm water and have had successful eliminations. Maybe you need just a little more salt, and make sure the water is warm and the salt is completely disolved. Hope this helps.
