I am on day 5 and when I did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) today nothing happened. There has not been much movement for me since the beginning of this cleanse. I am doing everything correctly and drinking a lot of water. Are there any suggestions? (I have also tried abdominal massage and yoga positions)
