Hi! Hang in there! a recent poster said it best--food will still be there when you're done with this fast! My last Master-Cleanse (last summer) was great after day 4 or so, but this one (I'm on day 7) I'm hungry everyday!!!! I think about food everyday! I don't know why this one seems so much harder; I guess everytime you do a cleanse it's a different experience depending on where your body was at when you begin.
