seekinghealth,
common cofactor of constipation is displacement of left iliac bone in connection to sacrum.
It is dispacement that happens in "Sacro-iliac joint".
Sacrum is part of spine, iliac is part of pelvic bone.
When there is displacement of bones in left Sacro-iliac joint, then left leg looks shorter.
If you lay on th floor, and somone compares the length of your legs, left leg may look shorter. Sometimes, it can be shorter for up to 1 inch, though most often, it is 1/2 inch.
To correct such displacement, you need to find practitioner practicing "Yumeiho" therapy or anyone else (osteopath, chiropractor, ...) who knows how to adjust scaro-iliac joint.
More about that therapy is here:
http://yumeiho.com/yumeiho.html
Diet (avoiding foods that kill ) is very important in order to prevent displacement, after it is corrected.
Most people need more then 1 and less then 10 treatemnets.
Check the length of your legs!
THE THEORY OF YUMEIHO
The theory of the YUMEIHO method is grounded on the fact, that over 95% of people have had incorrectly positioned pelvis since their birth. Most often it means, that one ilium is placed higher than the other. The limb on the higher ilium side is comparatively shorter.
