Yep, you're exactly right. This is exactly why I questioned whether it would be too far against the grain if I did enemas during my MC. The concensus was the same - that it's (what you quoted) is in the book along with testimony both in the book and here that others have done it successfully. I can say that for me, enemas and baths *greatly* helped my detoxing along (tea totally stopped working, btw). I had a great change from the evening (headaches, general foul feeling, sluggishness, etc) to the mornings (waking up completely refreshed and symptom free). Of course, I continued daily SWF's which couldn't have been replaced during my Master-Cleanse - they worked just that great =)
