I am a 62 year old female diagnosed with osteoporosis of the spine and osteopina of the hips. I recently went on a grapefruit diet for 10 days and got addicted to grapefruit.(no sugeradded) I have it every day. I read somewhere that too much grapefruit leeches calcium from the bones. Is there any truth to this. ??
