Afternoon,

I'm not sure where 24oz is from. One lemonade is 10oz - that's the total amount of water, lemon juice, syrup and pepper. "Combine the juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper in a 10 oz glass and fill with medium hot water."

PS - The hunger will pass. Different days for different people.
