I would start lots of fresh garlic - 2-6 cloves a day if possible. I'd add apple cider vinegar after all 3 meals. I'd take echinacea tincture along with ginger tea. Get on intestinal formula -1 from schulze until you 'move' as directed - then intestinal formula 2 for the 1 week cleaning.

In addition - any of the cleanses listed on this site in addition to at least a gallon of distilled water daily. I'd also build up with some good natural yogurt and lots of fresh juice.
