First off, I must say you have one of the most informative, amazing websites I have ever seen. Your website is quite extensive & inspirational. Anyway, I am truly new to all of this. I would like to cleanse my body from years of poor eating & general abuse. Where do I start?

I dont know if I should do everything at once or one thing at a time?

What would be first?
