I committed to 21 days on this for my first cleanse. I am in such agony today. I cannot focus and I tried to nap and couldn't. My mind is racing. I feel like I am losing it. I feel slightly sick to my stomach as if I am dehydrated but I am not. I want to give up and that is why I posted. I do not want to blow it before the 21 days. Someone kick me into the right mind set please!!
