Taste is not that bad for me so I usually chug 1 quart of water with two teaspoons of Sea Salt in 2-3 mins. I us the smooth moves herbal laxtive tea at night is that the same brand you use? I wonder if that may have made a differents as a friend of mines that is doing the Master-Cleanse uses Senna herbal tea. He seems to have better results after doing the SWF.
