Hello everyone, this is my second day on the cleanse. I have a question about the SWF, it seems to NOT work for me. I've followed the directions for preparing it exactly. Drinking it is also toture...for me. I was wondering if it was okay to just drink the laxative in the evening and instead of the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) drink the tea in the morning for the first five days. Would I still get the same results?
