I like the theory, that if you decide to do something new, you follow the Proven Instructions, like in the Master-Cleanse Book.

I won't question and I won't substitute something else for what the instructions are calling for. I won't add something new or something someone else suggests might be helpful. Unless it is for a side effect.

If you stick to the Master-Cleanse Book Instructions, all will be fine.
