I developed deep grooves in the enamel of two of my front teeth after my first Master-Cleanse (10 days) last November. I did a 20 day Master-Cleanse in December but used a straw religiously. Unfortunately, the enamel damage is still there.

I don't have any knowledge regarding the receding gums.
