I'm sorry to hear what you and your husband have been through. I've been there, so I feel you. There are no words.


As it happens, I do have some emotional crap going on right now - and did during my last cleanse as well... some anger and resentment I'm having a hard time letting go of. :^\

It did vaguely occur to me that maybe that's why I'm not "letting go" of other things as well... ;^)

So I really needed to hear what you had to say.

Your tips are also great, and I suppose I should get back to meditating as well.
