i make up to two days max. i don't add the water; i just bring the mix of juice,maplesyrup and cayenee to work with me. i have a glass wwith lines on it - i know which line to fill the concentrate to and then the line to fill the water to to make up one glass - i drink it hot. tastes fine to me.

who has time to squeeze lemons when you're at work???
