you can try smal flush (with few tbsp of olive oil) and then increase gradually (every week one flush) until you feel comfortable to do full flush.

Can you tolerate 4 tbsp of olive oil daily?
Can you tolerate 4 tbsp of grapefruit juice daily?
Can you tolerate one tbsp of Epsom Salts daily?

If yes, then take it every day , and do small flush (double or tripple daily amount) every 7 days until you feel OK to do big one.

Test yourself and be your own doctor.

Change your diet!!!!
