I'm glad you decided to think further. My body always tries to talk me into quitting around day 8! It's amazing and I have come close to stopping several times. But then I think, hey, my minimum commitment was 10 days. If I stop at 8, how will I feel about myself? And I have always managed to go on and complete at least 10 days, and have been very happy I did so.

I just ended a 10 day on Sunday, went very well. I have done a Master-Cleanse once every three to six months for the last three years and have never felt better! I expect to continue to do this the rest of my life.
