That does not sound like too much to me. During a detox crisis, I would toss in a whole bag...which is 2 pounds, add a pint or more of Apple Cider Vinegar and a couple of tablespoons of powdered ginger. It would pull it out of me and of course it wipes you so it is best that when you finish, you go straight to bed.

You can also add baking soda to the mix if you are really hardcore detoxing...
