you know, I'm not 100% sure, but I'm gonna guess and say this is more of a green plant thing, whereas gluten comes from dough things... yea, wheat flour is from the seed ground to flour, whereas with wheatgrass, it's the juiced grass. I'm gonna say gluten allergies would be ok, since it's a plant & not a processed extrapolation. but I could be wrong.
