Daisy that's awesome. I am so happy for your clearheadedness when you needed it. I was coming off caffine, too - but I quit a few days before I started the MC. I've heard that the third day off caffine is always the worst ... my third day off C was my first on the Master-Cleanse and I was sick as a dog. Throwing up and everything. Yech!

The spa sounds wonderful, I wish I was in on that!

I got a bit freaked out by the posts today - lol. But my better half didn't take them so well, since this whole things been rough on him this time. :( But we're hangin' in there! He's Day 3, I'm finishing 5 ... but I guess I'm posting for both of us at this point (he's also a bit of a luddite.)

One more thing I wanted to add that I had TOTALLY forgotten about - for the last 8 months, I've ended up with bloody tissue when I blew my nose in the morning. No "bloody nose" but WAY more congestion than I've ever had before in my life. Disrupting sleep, etc. Anyway, the blood was freaking me out, but given our situation not much I could do about it. Doing a Neti Pot helped a little, but not consistantly.

Anyway, since Day 2, I have had less and less congestion and NO BLOODY SNOT RAGS AT ALL!!! I know that's a little graphic, but we all are here, I guess. I am so relieved. I was starting to freak out about it, but also what could i do? But my Body took care of it, now that it can. *huge sigh of relief*
