OK great - thanks for the info folks! I will try what nancy_louise suggested and experiment a bit. If hunger continues, I'll not worry so much about pulp and simply wait out the hunger over the next few days. It's not like I've never been hungry before :o)

I'm also very glad to see pulp does no harm during the MC. I totally skipped over the diabetic part of the manual thinking nothing there pertained to me.
