This is just old bile (YELLOW) and perfectly (cough-cough) normal!

It could be like waiting to exhale...the body needs a little more time to loosen old debris or you need to up the drinks if you are on the low end of your intake, or something as simple as more exercise can hasten the releasing.

Keep up the good work and may the poo flow better tomorrow!
