I have noticed such a great change in my body. Not only have I lost about 20 lbs i think (i never weighed myself prior) but I have such a desire to only put good food in my body now. I'm gonna also continue to drink the lemon mix throughout my days to help keep my caloric intake lower than it used to be.
I bought shorts of size Large (not XL) for the first time in longer than i can remember!!!

thanks for the hummus...i can taste it already...i'm gonna make polenta and some asparagus guacamole...i've never tried the latter of those two, but it sounded SOO good
