I drink the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (the whole thing alone so as not to dilute) and then drink 20 oz (more or less) of plain water to push it out. I read that somewhere during my last Master-Cleanse and it has worked real well for me. The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) makes me thursty, so it's easy to do.
