I am a sipper and can average 20-45 minutes and fortunately for me, I have not noticed any difference in the effectiveness, it works fine at all time as long as I do not chug, I can keep it down and feel quite good about it. I use himalayan salt and so that may make a difference. Others recommend Redmond or Celtic. Use a measuring spoon to measure the salt and so you will know if that amount is working or if a tad more or less will do you.
