Good for you Nancy,

I am at the other end of 50ish and I think that instead of going for the 40 days like I tried to do last time and got sick at 14 days and quit the fast on the 18th day...

This Friday night I will begin a 14 dayer. If that goes well... I'll try for three weeks next time.

Sometimes the mind is willing, but the body says... NOT THIS TIME!

I figured since I had soooo much weight to lose I should go the the big one (40 days.) But I think at my age I need to be patient and content if I can lose 10 - 20 pounds a month.

I hope you & shamanpoet both your Spring and congrats on the weight loss.
