Thanks for all of your replies, although I think I have been misunderstood and feel a bit like people here are thinking I'm talking down about the Master-Cleanse - certainly not - I just needed some support, information, and I certainly don't need to be 'sold' or convinced of anything. I am simply trying to gather all of the information that I can to make the best decision possible - that is always the wisest route when doing something very different than your body is used to.

I am a newcomer and expected to find a bit more friendliness here - we are all just trying to do something good for ourselves and make the best informed decision possible. The prep for a Master-Cleanse has been discussed here, as far as I've ever known, there are no 'flushes' you have to do before a water flush. I could be wrong. And that is why I did in fact research the Master-Cleanse myself for going on three days now - and I apologize if it seemed I was tapping too much into this forum for info about it. It seems as though this board wishes to remain strictly for those that are experienced and don't have concerns? I certainly do not feel supported or encouraged, and that is unfortunate because all I am trying to do is learn.
