I'm just surprised that anyone would be MORE afraid to do the Master-Cleanse than to do a water fast. Wow - I'm just really surprised. At least with the Master-Cleanse you're getting fuel and nutrients and energy. It's actually a lot safer and more pleasant than a water fast. You can stay on it a lot longer because you're getting what your body needs.
