I was right there with you only two days behind and I should be in your shoes. I am elated at the success you have achieved and I should be right there saying...YEA WE DID IT!

But I got sick and I only lost the 13 pounds and kept 10 off so far.

Are you satisfied with what you lost or are you going to go for another 40 dayer in the near future?

I am soooo happy for you. I have Lost a lot of weight ON & OFF over the years and I know how WONDERFUL you are feeling right now.

You see how strong you are to have done this, so STAY STRONG and eat right and keep the weight off!
