HI Everyone,

I am struggling with this question because in my recent study on the Net for Alterative Cancer Treatments - several say that Sugar - even fruit- is a no-no for anyone fighting cancer - because Sugar is a tumor's favorite food. This has me scared now, because I believed that doing a Serious Master-Cleanse cleanse could help me get the crud and possible parasites out of my system - maybe even help shrink the colon tumor a bit before surgery. My biggest fear is having to live with a colostomy!

Please, any medical personnel out there familiar w/MC, or anyone who has dealt with this question?

Maybe my hopes are too high? I'd appreciate any feedback! If the syrup can't be used - any other options? I thought about stevia- but it is zero calories - no energy there...
