I would like to do it before going on vacation on the 28th but because of previously scheduled invents can not start until the 19th. So that means I can go 7 days and then resume "normal" eating on the 2nd day of vaca in the VIRGIN ISLANDS!!

So you may wanna give 800herbdoc a call and try if1. Also - you don't wanna go 'eat normal vacation' food after - as that would defeat some of your gains. You slowly need to reintroduce and rebuild with a good diet.

Thank you Bob and Agnes. Bob, I did decide to just do a 3 day cleanse before the vacation just to see what it would be like. This gives me time to properly introduce real food and I also will not be eating vacation food to the best of my ability. Thank you again.
