Hello!

Thanks so much for the re-cap of the book. I am thinking of cleansing for the 1st time within the next few weeks so this info is helpful.

The only change I might make is that I might not do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and substitute it for tea in the morning. I have read horror stories about the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) - vomiting and explosive BM's - which I cannot risk while at work in the morning!

Any other helpful tips and hints are appreciated for me, the Master-Cleanse newbie!!
