I agree. I had a fever for 3 straight days on my MC. It was under 100 so I knew it was just cleansing, but if I had been an alarmist I would have quit. After I toughed it out I felt soooooo incredibly better than I ever had in my life. I'm no stranger to healing crisises tho. The trick is to be able to discern real illness{trouble} from a healing *crisis* or detoxing. The first you feel truly worse and worse. In a healing crisis there's an underlying uplifting feeling. That as each moment passes, you feel just a little bit better even as you are feeling worse.... hard to explain a feeling :) but once you can discren the difference it'll help calm your alarm. ;)
