I'm Day 3 too. It seems quite a few people are at Day 3 today as well! So far, I'm fine drinking the lemonade (6-7 glasses each day) and herbal lax. tea morning and night and 2 BMs each day. My energy is normal, no aches or pains yet (waiting for it... :) and no cravings yet (waiting for it... :) My tongue is pastey white but otherwise things are normal except I'm more sensitive in my dealings with people. I'm already super-sensitive as it is, but now I seem to get upset or pissed off by every little thing! I had a tremendous argument with a "friend" and I don't think he is speaking to me ever again :(

Sigh........ so I'll be healthy but all by myself if I keep alienating everybody :(
