Drinking the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) right now. I find myself sleeping much later than usual now though. I get home from work and fall asleep around 2AM, but have been sleeping untill noon and waking up still tired. I made it through yesterday with no migraines thankfully, the night of day 1 was a nightmare. I finally have exact dates for my family's visit here to Hollywood so this Master-Cleanse will be 18 days instead of the 21 I originally planned. Only 15 days left..... I really hope the energy level changes though. Other times I did the cleanse I found myself more motivated and with a lot more energy.
