I do things a little differently. I use Schultz's pills just at night and no SWFs. When no more BM comes out, I start enemas. Then I use them each day I don't have a BM. I seem to do fine. My stomach can only stand so much punishment. I am more sensitive in my gut since I started the MC.s almoat 2 years ago.
