I will look at the other liver cleanse recipes.

However, I was asking about which Bowel Cleanse I should do, since I have had problems there and it is standing in the way of the liver cleanse. Surely then, that's what I should taken care of first? If so, which relatively mild methods are there to cleanse the bowel? What would you suggest in my case?
