Depends on how OLD you are....

I am 50 something and I am tired of Bucking heads with the un-informed and looking like the arguementitve one!

I don't feel the need to share my experiences with people any more either. I like the PEACE that comes with keeping ones mouth closed. For me... Silence is Truly Golden!

Once I lose 100 pounds and people ask how... then and only then will I mention the MC. Also in the same breath... I will continue to say... and how I did it is NOT UP FOR DEBATE!
