Mark, on the liver cleanse page you will find 5 different recipes for liver/gb cleanse.

Those recipes that does not use Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulphate) and that does not use Magnesium Citrate could be better for you, considering your bowel condition.

Diet is very important in curing bowel problems.

Anoder very important factor can be Spiritual therapy.

Hellinger's therapy is very good.
