OK, i did a little half-day cleanse to start off with yesterday afternoon and evening, I had 30 oz. total. Then I had the herbal laxative tea before bed. This morning I did the saltwater flush first thing and got it all down except the very last ounce... that's when the gagging started but I held my composure and finished the very last of it! :) About 15 minutes later the everything was coming out of me like crazy. I spent alot of time in the bathroom and didn't even have my first lemonade drink of the day yet. I couldn't imagine going through this every morning before work! I'd have to wake up at 5am just to drink all that saltwater and have ample bathroom time before showering and getting dressed, etc. Then my friend called and convinced me to go out to lunch with him and that this cleansing thing was crazy... so I went and now I already broke the damn cleanse after only a half-day into it!!! Something's very wrong with me! I really want to cleanse myself but I gave into temptation so soon. Should I try again and just let everyone know I'm doing this and please don't discourage me?! Does the crazy pooping lessen after the first day or so or does it remain like this? Does the saltwater make it more intense? WOuld it be OK to just do the herbal laxative at night only? Or night and morning, and skip the salty stuff altogether? Also, the cayenne pepper kinda burns my throat going down. I have the liquid form and I used 6 drops per 10 oz. serving, is that close enough to 1/10 tsp? Help! I'm so screwed up but I really want to do this, I feel crappy inside (no pun intended!) :)
