I was going through 4 a day, making the minimum amout of lemonade at 6 servings. I was also only using 1 TBS of syrup. I thought it was way too sweet with more. I was mixng 32oz batches(approx 3 servings) twice a day, 2 lemons, 3 TBS of syrup and just under 3/8 tsp of cayenne. So if you were planning on the maximum servings of 12, I'd say about 8 lemons a day.
