Yeah, I keep running into stuff about the enzymes- I guess it's just easier to want to cut corners when I don't feel fully informed as to exactly WHAT they do. I mean, I know they "help cleanse," but that's really the extent of what I've heard. I don't know exactly HOW they are helpful in cleansing or how quickly they diminish, etc. I wish I had a reference to the Science behind them.

It actually seemed to be cheaper than squeezing my own lemons, but it's not so much an issue of price. I mainly wanted to use it because I get so impatient while squeezing lemons- it seems to take forever and has somehow become my least favorite thing about the MC!
